Followers of this website will recognize the logic behind the Libraries of Fuel program. For those unfamiliar with the facts and principals of plants, they are directed to articles on Botany.

Whole Plants is proud to introduce the first complete, dietary supplement program specifically designed for athletes.

 

The program consists of three blended mixes of powerful agents of health.

 

The mixes themselves are divided into preparation, execution and recovery groups. 

 

For the sake of convenience and keeping with the theories exposed here, they are named Green Red and Blue.

Unlike the way the colorful carbohydrates were likewise grouped, based on the predominant pigment, this grouping is based entirely on function and the role the supplement plays in the body.

This program is four-pronged approach to good health.

Gone are the minimum daily requirements, which labels must carry.

This requirement, enacted by the FDA for a selected group of nutrients deemed essential.

The vitamin and mineral requirements are based on amounts whose absence causes disease.

There are many other nutrients that are not included because there absence doesn't cause disease.

Their presence however, promotes good health.

All of these agents are part of Nature's Libraries.

The ingredients, and I could easily justify the use of the word drugs in its place, stimulates the body's self-healing forces, represses inflammation, strengthens joints and provides a wide spectrum of antioxidant protection.

The primary assumption of this program is that Nature's medicine on a daily basis combined with intense exercise on a regular basis is the pathway to good health, emotional well being and a long life.

Plants synthesize an assortment of compounds, the essential ones being the nutrients, antioxidants and host of polysaccharide bound agents the world has known since pre-history.

The smoothies is designed so that is can be added to juices, yogurts and teas.

The ingredients chosen provide athletes with the tools needed to ensure a healthy start to the day.

The Green library provides the athlete with the nutrients needed to prepare the body for the demanding task of exercise.

The ingredients are valuable as energy aids, biological pathway enhancers, free radical quenchers, and immune stimulating agents.

These and other natural, organically grown plants are selected and blended into a highly digetable form.

This bypasses the need for ten or more capsules or pills.

Commercial smoothies are wonderful creations but do not provide a complete antioxidant library nor stimulate the body's self healing forces, repress inflammation or strengthen joints.
